Job summary

A leading logistics company based in Memphis, TN is seeking a motivated individual to oversee and train Package Handlers and Clerks. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring safety and efficiency in daily operations, developing strong relationships with team members, and facilitating training. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to lift substantial weights, and be adaptable to varying shift hours. Management experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Flexibility in working shift hours up to 5 days a week.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise Package Handlers and Clerks on job tasks.
• Facilitate training sessions for employees.
• Ensure all assigned duties are carried out safely.
