Solventum in Irvine, CA is seeking a Logistics Senior Supervisor to lead warehouse operations, optimize safety, and drive on-time shipments for domestic and international customers. You will oversee receiving, storage, inventory, and fulfillment while applying SAP WM tools.

• Proven track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by conducting regular safety inspections, ensuring on-time training completion, and enforcing safety protocols.
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment for domestic and international shipments.
• Develop and execute daily workforce and staffing strategies by aligning resources with workload, shipping schedules, and customer orders.
• Implement and monitor KPIs to track progress and drive operational excellence for inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, labor productivity, order fulfillment, and safety.
• Responsible for the line supply of materials from the semi-finished goods warehouse to production areas, including raw materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components, minimizing downtime and production delays.
• Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing all day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment for domestic and international shipments.
• Develop and execute daily workforce and staffing strategies by aligning resources with workload, shipping schedules, and customer orders to ensure operational objectives are achieved through effective labor utilization, shift coverage, and workforce allocation.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive operational excellence for inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, labor productivity, order fulfillment accuracy, and safety performance.
• Responsible for the line supply of materials from the semi-finished goods warehouse to various production areas, including raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components, minimizing downtime and production delays.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field and eight (8) years of combined experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a similar role within a manufacturing in a private, public, government, or military environment
• Three (3) years experience in a supervisory role

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Expert knowledge of warehouse operations, material handling systems, and transportation logistics.
• SAP experience related to warehouse management systems (EWM, ECC, SAP).
• Proven track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Applicable to US Applicants Only: The expected compensation range for this position is $125,600 - $172,700, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
