Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Shipping/Logistics Coordinator to monitor shift activities and support coordination, scheduling, and data input for loads through our ERP and TMS systems. Responsibilities include routing inbound TICs, handling paperwork, and ensuring compliance with ISO/SQF guidelines.

The role requires forklift operation capability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to cover shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound TICs and route to correct department.
• Handle inquiries via phone and email to route to appropriate party.
• Maintain shipping paperwork (BOLs, pack slips) and process freight notes.
• Ensure ISO/SQF compliance and safety training.
• Coordinate drop trailer shipments and carrier detentions.
• Run inquiries-orders, inventory, POs and requisitions in the system.
