Allied Universal, Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a Security Officer Screening Exception Review to monitor access points, screen people and materials, and report suspicious activity in a logistics and distribution setting. You will remain visible to deter incidents while delivering courteous customer service and clear communication.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by policy and law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local rules.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as allowed by law.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, packages, and/or property entering or leaving the logistics and distribution location in accordance with established procedures.
• Operate screening equipment and conduct inspections as authorized, identifying prohibited or unauthorized items and reporting findings through established channels.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, access points, loading areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and report security-related concerns.
