Job summary

Danfoss in Tallahassee, FL seeks a Logistics Continuous SAP Project Manager to lead warehouse improvement initiatives, enhance inventory accuracy, and boost productivity through lean methods and SAP WM/MM optimization.

You will partner with IT and cross-functional teams, train staff on SAP processes, implement cycle counting, and develop dashboards for real-time warehouse visibility, while ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics.
• 15 years of experience in logistics and manufacturing.
• 10 years in SAP environment setup.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing and/or APICS or IFPSM.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics improvement projects focused on warehouse flow and inventory management.
• Develop and implement lean tools to eliminate waste and increase efficiency.
• Analyze KPIs and drive action plans for improvement.
• Coordinate SAP WM/MM enhancements with IT and global SAP teams.
• Train staff on SAP processes and new functionalities.
• Lead initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and traceability via cycle counting.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for management.
• Mentor staff and benchmark best practices across Danfoss sites.
