Job summary

QQR Logistics in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an experienced Logistics Sales Representative to manage the full freight lifecycle from prospecting to close. You will build relationships with shippers and carriers, negotiate rates, and grow your book within a fast-paced team environment.

We offer a base salary of $60,000 with uncapped commissions and a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture. This on-site role focuses on growth in North America with opportunities to expand skillsets and leadership

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• 2+ years in logistics sales or operations (FTL preferred).
• Proven track record of consistency in sales production.
• Experience using CRM/TMS tools for pipeline management.
• Strong customer relationship skills and negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, quote, book, cover, and close freight opportunities.
• Build and maintain shipper and carrier relationships.
• Negotiate rates and manage freight profitability.
• Operate independently while collaborating with a sales team.
