QQR Logistics in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an entry-level Logistics Sales Development Representative to learn the business from the ground up. This onsite role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path from SDR to a junior Logistics Sales role as you prove your results.

You’ll build a pipeline through outbound calls, emails, and networking, supporting a pod of reps, and using HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and QQR’s AI tech to drive activity and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• Entry-level, in-office role with hands-on training and mentorship.
• No industry experience required; grit, coachability, and motivation to win.
• Structured onboarding, weekly coaching, and real-world application.
• Promotions based on results after a minimum 6 months as SDR.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build a pipeline of business-development leads via outbound calls, emails, and networking.
• Support a pod of Logistics Sales Representatives and multi-thread opportunities.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand customer needs and position solutions.
• Qualify opportunities and pass them to reps to close.
