• Core Logistics & Tracking: load tracking, tracing, and app compliance.
• Communication: comfortable on the phone with carriers.
• Booking Loads: exposure and training with supervision.
• Logistics Support: build loads, set up carriers, schedule pickups/deliveries.
• Carrier & Documentation: update certificates and insurance info.
