Job summary

Hexcel Corporation in Kent, WA is seeking a Packaging, Shipping & Receiving associate. The role includes inventory control, shipping paperwork, and forklift operation to support parts delivery and boxing for shipment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and experience with inventory/ERP systems; AX2012 experience is a plus. A post-offer drug test and physical are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year experience maintaining inventory using ERP/MRP system.
• Experience tracking inventory with AX2012 a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper control disciplines.
• Ensure that all paperwork is accurate and that all shipping documents are signed.
• Maintain inventory transactions in AX2012 to reflect moves, receipts, shipments, and kit issues.
• Drive company vehicles to deliver and pick up parts and tools at customer and vendor locations.
• Build wood crates and pallets for shipment in the box shop.
• Use the order picker to stock and pull parts.
• Load and unload trucks using a forklift at the loading dock and move large crates and tools.
• Fill forklift propane tanks as needed.
• Provide customer service-oriented support and escalate issues as needed.
