Job summary
Beehive Industries in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to manage daily inbound/outbound logistics, pack and label shipments, and help maintain inventory accuracy. You will coordinate with UPS and freight providers, perform receiving inspections, and support production schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in shipping/logistics, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–2 years shipping/receiving or warehouse experience.
- Experience with MS Word/Excel and inventory records.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily shipping and receiving tasks including packing, labeling, tracking, and coordination.
- Coordinate shipments with UPS, freight providers and logistics partners.
- Maintain accurate tracking of parts, inventory, and shipment docs.
- Perform receiving inspections and verify materials against PO documentation.
- Stage materials to support production schedules and operations.
- Conduct final inspections during packing and identify quality concerns.
- Keep shipping areas organized and manage inventory locations.
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely.
- Support weekly inventory activities and improve accuracy.
