Beehive Industries in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to manage daily inbound/outbound logistics, pack and label shipments, and help maintain inventory accuracy. You will coordinate with UPS and freight providers, perform receiving inspections, and support production schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in shipping/logistics, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years shipping/receiving or warehouse experience.
• Experience with MS Word/Excel and inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shipping and receiving tasks including packing, labeling, tracking, and coordination.
• Coordinate shipments with UPS, freight providers and logistics partners.
• Maintain accurate tracking of parts, inventory, and shipment docs.
• Perform receiving inspections and verify materials against PO documentation.
• Stage materials to support production schedules and operations.
• Conduct final inspections during packing and identify quality concerns.
• Keep shipping areas organized and manage inventory locations.
• Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely.
• Support weekly inventory activities and improve accuracy.

Role Overview

Performs skilled shipping and receiving activities while independently managing assigned responsibilities related to inventory tracking, shipment coordination, material handling, and production support. Applies knowledge of shipping processes, documentation requirements, and inventory practices to ensureaccurateandtimelymovement of materials throughout the organization.

• Perform receiving inspections and verify materials against purchase orders and documentation
• Stage materials and jobs to support production schedules and operational requirements
• Conduct final visual inspections during packing andidentifypotential quality concerns
• Maintain organized shipping areas, inventory locations, and shipping supplies
• Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, cutters, and other required equipment safely
• Support weekly inventory activities andassistwith inventory accuracy improvements
• Review work orders and documentation to verify shipment and receiving requirements
• Maintainaccuraterecords using Microsoft Word, Excel, and company systems
• Identifyopportunities to improve shipping processes, organization, and efficiency

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Typically requires a minimum of 1–2 years of related experience
• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations,logistics, or manufacturing environments
• Experience coordinating shipments andmaintaininginventory records
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
• Experience operating pallet jacks, hand trucks, and material handling equipment preferred
• Ability to independently complete assigned shipping and receiving tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and changing deadlines
• Strong communicationskills with internal teams and external shipping partners
• Ability to accuratelymaintaininventory and shipment records
