Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a Logistics & Material Handler to support safe, accurate, and timely movement of materials in our AEC operation at the Cincinnati, OH facility. You will receive materials, store them, stage for production, and prepare finished products for shipment.

The role requires forklift operation, inventory accuracy, and coordination with production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that prioritizes safety and traceability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in material handling, logistics, warehousing, or related roles.
• Certified forklift operator with ability to obtain company authorization.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, packing lists, and shipping documents.
• Experience with pallets, scales, scanners and ERP/inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and stage materials; maintain organization and traceability.
• Move work in process between production areas and finalize shipment readiness.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Package, label, and organize shipments per procedures and customer requirements.
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely; report hazards.
