Job summary

Amentum is hiring for a Customer Service - 1st Shift position in Utah. The role focuses on receiving and shipping materials to meet customer requirements, with duties including labeling, data entry, and basic reporting.

The job may require travel and passing security clearance, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality procedures. Shift schedule includes Tuesday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and Saturday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with overtime and multiple work areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months general work experience. No specific experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required. Education can substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, examine, classify, accept, reject, and dispose of material per regulations.
• Visually inspect or use measurement devices under mentoring.
• Read specifications and photographs as required in DLA contract.
• Operate tools and equipment in performance of duties.
• Input and receive data to/from automated systems for receiving/shipping.
