Job summary

NPSG Global is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to handle inbound/outbound shipments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on safety and quality. You will sign receipts, inspect contents, and maintain accurate records while supporting inventory control.

Responsibilities include audits, coordination with the Shipping & Receiving Lead, and occasional local deliveries. A high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, and good math/clerical skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year shipping/receiving experience.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift/push up to 40–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt.
• Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged and match orders.
• Maintain accurate records and assist inventory control.
• Complete local deliveries as assigned.
• Maintain 7S in the workspace.
