Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Receiving Associate for the NC/GA Distribution Center in Charlotte. This full-time role (40 hours per week) supports inbound shipments, maintains inventory accuracy, and assists with stock distribution.

You will operate PC and RF scanners, verify documentation, supervise receiving and storage, and ensure a safe, clean work environment while meeting department standards and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Depending on facility, a valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify goods from suppliers and returns; support stock replenishment and order filling.
• Process transactions in the management system using PC and RF scanner technologies.
• Supervise the receiving and distribution of equipment and supplies.
• Ensure safe handling, storage, and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
• Maintain clean, orderly work areas and comply with safety regulations (OSHA).
• Complete daily inspection checklist when using any powered equipment.
