Job summary

Advocate Health Care is seeking an experienced Distribution Center worker in Charlotte, NC for a full-time, evening shift. The role supports the Supply Chain team at the NC/GA Distribution Center, unloading inbound supplies, picking orders, and coordinating outbound deliveries.

Responsibilities include operating electric pallet jacks and lift trucks, maintaining accurate receiving records, and ensuring a clean storage area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years work experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with no violations in the last 3 years.
• 2–3 years electric pallet jack and lift truck experience required.
• Computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives, unloads, checks, inspects, transports, and stores inbound supplies.
• Fills orders from supply pick list and coordinates delivery to outbound areas of service.
• Maintains a clean and orderly storage facility.
• Operates electric pallet and lift trucks.
• Maintains records of packing slips, receiving reports and chain of custody for shipments.
• Arranges transportation of non-stock items via chain of custody procedure.
• Assigns duties and responsibilities to employees as needed.
