Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a dedicated Receiving Associate to support 12054 Enterprise Corporate - Supply Chain: NC/GA Distribution Center. This full-time role involves receiving goods, processing transactions with RF scanners, and ensuring accurate documentation and secure storage of equipment and supplies.

You will supervise receiving/distribution, maintain safe work areas, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues and uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Depending on facility, position may require a valid driver's license (no violations in last 3 years).

Responsibilities

• Processes transactions accurately and timely with receiving of goods, returns, stock replenishments or customer orders.
• Uses PC and RF scanner to process transactions in the management system.
• Reviews and verifies documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Safely handles equipment and stores goods to prevent damage.
• Supervises receiving and distribution of equipment and supplies.
• Ensures secure handling, storage and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
• Reports non-functional items for corrective action.
• Maintains clean and orderly work areas and follows safety regulations.
