Job summary

BGRE seeks an Associate in Atlanta, GA to support asset and portfolio dispositions across the North American Logistics platform, focusing on financial modeling, underwriting, diligence coordination, valuation support, and transaction execution from initial evaluation through closing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant commercial real estate experience.
• Strong financial modeling, underwriting, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Experience with industrial/logistics real estate preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Argus, Yardi, DealPath, or similar platforms preferred.
• Ability to evaluate asset- and portfolio-level financial performance including NOI, leasing assumptions, CAPEX, valuation, sale proceeds, and return metrics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of data.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple internal teams and external counterparties.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize analysis into clear recommendations.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of asset, portfolio, and strategic disposition processes across the Logistics platform.
• Prepare and maintain financial models for asset sales, portfolio sales, and hold/sell analyses.
• Perform underwriting and valuation analysis including sale proceeds, cap rate, IRR, debt, and fund-level impact.
• Coordinate with Asset Management and FP&A to reflect disposition assumptions in plans and reports.
• Support quarterly valuation and reforecasting with updated sale assumptions and timing.
• Assist in preparing investment committee materials and senior management presentations.
• Coordinate diligence, data room setup, and broker information requests.
• Partner with Legal, Tax, and FP&A teams to support closing processes.
• Track disposition opportunities and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Review broker materials, market commentary, and lease abstracts for accuracy.
• Support broker selection, outreach, and transaction timelines.
• Maintain disposition pipeline reporting and coordination across teams.
• Conduct market research and asset-level performance reviews to support recommendations.
• Assist with post-closing analyses comparing results to underwriting.
