Qualifications

• Ability to travel to Inland Empire locations (Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside).
• Must be able to lift between 30–50 lbs.
• Class C driver’s license required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based systems.
• Knowledge of asset management platforms, e-commerce platforms (Shopify), and/or financial systems such as Sage.
• Experience in inventory, purchasing, warehousing, and/or distribution.

Responsibilities

• Process approved spending plans: purchase materials for all WR IE locations and programs.
• Develop relationships with vendors to negotiate pricing, ensure quality, and resolve concerns.
• Manage and reconcile monthly credit card purchases.
• Perform duties per Woodcraft Rangers safety procedures.
• Assist with logistics, including receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Inspect merchandise for damages and contact suppliers to resolve issues.
• Maintain warehouse and storage spaces.
• Drive to receive and distribute equipment across IE locations and other sites.
