Job summary

Woodcraft Rangers in Riverside, CA, seeks a Data Manager to oversee day-to-day data operations for Inland Empire or Core region. Reporting to the Associate Director of Data Operations, you will supervise a regional Data Coordinator team, ensure attendance, enrollment, and records are accurate, and act as the operational point of contact for data partners.

This role emphasizes data quality, coaching site staff, cross-regional collaboration, and compliance with FERPA and reporting cycles.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in data operations or program data management.
• Supervisory experience.
• Experience with EZReports or Afterschool HQ, and district SIS (Aeries, Synergy, Infinite Campus).
• Knowledge of FERPA and student data privacy.
• Experience coaching non-data staff.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365.
• Valid California driver’s license and ability to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Supervise regional Data Coordinator team and manage day-to-day data operations.
• Ensure attendance, enrollment, records, and partner workflows are accurate.
• Lead training and coaching for regional site staff on data processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with the peer Data Manager to align Core and IE data models.
• Ensure FERPA compliance and support funder reporting.
