Job summary

CDW is seeking a Logistics Project Manager in the United States (McLean, VA) to own end-to-end logistics for hardware projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage the hardware lifecycle, forecast needs, and ensure on-time delivery with thorough status reporting.

You will analyze processes, manage risks, and serve as a primary escalation point for logistics issues, while leveraging certifications like PMP or COM where applicable.

• Certifications such as COM or PMP are a plus.
• Familiarity with DCSA IT environment and policies is a plus.

• Overall program logistics ownership and primary POC for logistics operations.
• Meeting coordination and note taking for project milestones.
• Hardware lifecycle management and asset/inventory tracking.
• Forecasting, PO review, and delivery requirement management.
• RMA coordination and change/risk management.
• Status reporting and escalation management for customers and internal teams.

Job description

The Logistics Project Manager provides overall program logistics ownership and serves as the primary point of contact for logistics operations, hardware lifecycle management, inventory oversight, customer delivery requirements, cross‑functional coordination, reporting, and escalation management.

What We Expect Of You

• Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies and strong leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of operational principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., COM, PMP), is a plus.
• Familiarity with the DCSA IT environment and policies, is a plus.
