Job summary

CDW seeks a Logistics Project Manager to own program logistics, serve as the primary contact for logistics operations, hardware lifecycle management, inventory oversight, and delivery requirements. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage reporting, and handle escalation with a focus on operational excellence.

Requirements include a Secret Clearance and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own overall program logistics.
• Coordinate meetings and take notes.
• Manage hardware lifecycle and asset/inventory tracking.
• Forecast hardware needs and review purchase orders.
• Coordinate customer delivery requirements and RMA processes.
• Oversee WH and Configs/Spec Ops coordination.
• Maintain status reporting and escalation handling.
