Lakeshore Learning Materials is seeking a Program Manager in Carson, CA to turn complex data into decisions that speed and improve our distribution and transportation operations.

You will build analytical models in Excel, SQL, and Python/VBA, write SQL queries, and design automated reports. This role partners across functions to drive end-to-end projects and measurable impact for a national e-commerce supply chain.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in operational analytics, supply chain analysis, or project management within a distribution, logistics, or related environment.
• Fluency in SQL — comfortable writing queries, joining tables, and aggregating data from large operational datasets without hand-holding.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects end-to-end, including scope definition, stakeholder alignment, and post-implementation measurement.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational improvement initiatives across distribution centers and transportation network with defined scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
• Build and maintain analytical models in Excel, SQL, and Python/VBA to surface trends and measure project impact.
• Write SQL queries to pull and analyze data from source systems and translate datasets into actionable recommendations.
• Design automated reporting solutions delivering real-time insights and supporting root-cause analysis.
• Partner cross-functionally to align priorities and keep initiatives on track.
