Qualifications

• 8+ years in supply chain, logistics, network optimization, or continuous improvement (or 5+ with Bachelor's).
• 2+ years leading complex productivity pipelines or end-to-end optimization.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern a productivity opportunity pipeline with owners and milestones.
• Analyze and optimize end-to-end logistics, warehousing, and transportation.
• Lead NPI readiness with product management, manufacturing, and distribution teams.
• Align stakeholders across senior leadership to standardize procedures.
• Monitor carrier/DC performance and drive continuous improvement.
