Job summary

Grace is hiring a Logistics Productivity Leader who will report to the Productivity Leader in the Manufacturing Center of Excellence, Global Operations. This role is accountable to develop, implement and sustain Logistic Cost improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma to transform the culture toward continuous improvement.

The position can sit at either or Columbia, MD or Houston, TX location, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or SCM or equivalent.
• 10+ years in operational excellence or logistics leadership.
• Strong partner management and communication skills.
• Ability to drive value stream strategy in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects and continuous improvement.
• Develop business cases with finance and procurement.
• Track KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Prioritize logistics projects with plant teams.
• Collaborate with Global Logistics and asset teams.
