Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Product Owner / Business Analyst to drive technology solutions for Supply Chain and Logistics operations. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, manage the backlog, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business value using Agile methods.

Ideal candidates have logistics domain expertise, strong communication, and experience with stakeholders, engineering, and product leadership. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, IS, or related field.
• 3+ years in Product Ownership, BA, or related roles.
• Domain expertise in Logistics, Warehouse, Transportation, or SCM.
• Strong Agile and SDLC knowledge.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain PRDs defining problems, objectives, constraints, and expected outcomes.
• Define Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Translate operational workflows into detailed product requirements.
• Prioritize backlog and align with business priorities.
• Support planning, roadmaps, and capacity forecasting.
• Collaborate with engineering to size stories.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and stakeholder reviews.
• Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
