Job summary

Cognizant Consulting is seeking a Consulting Manager, Transportation & Logistics, to blend domain expertise with product leadership across complex logistics environments.

You will lead PLM initiatives, own design strategies, and partner with QA and cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable solutions. The role supports hybrid work with client offices in Jersey City, NJ or Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of extensive experience in PLM and product design, including backlog ownership and roadmap stewardship.
• Experience in product availability testing and reliability considerations within logistics.
• Strong background in transportation & logistics and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead PLM initiatives to improve speed, quality, and reliability across the product development process.
• Own product design strategies aligned with business goals and customer needs in transportation & logistics.
• Define and oversee product availability testing; partner with QA for test plans and sign‑off.
• Manage backlog and roadmaps; translate strategy into sprintable work.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business to embed logistics knowledge into decisions.
