Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Product Owner / Business Analyst to drive delivery of technology solutions for Supply Chain and Logistics. Translate business needs into actionable product requirements, manage backlog, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business value through Agile practices.

Ideal candidates will have strong logistics domain expertise, excellent communication, and experience partnering with stakeholders, engineers, and product leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, and Supply Chain/Logistics technology.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
• Domain expertise in Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Transportation, or Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) that define problems, objectives, constraints, and outcomes.
• Define Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Translate workflows into detailed product requirements and manage the backlog.
• Support quarterly planning, roadmaps, and capacity forecasting.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and UX teams; lead stakeholder reviews.
• Lead Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Grooming, Reviews, Retrospectives.
• Ensure functionality meets acceptance criteria and business expectations.
