Job summary

Peoples Gas Light & Coke Co, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Logistics Process Coordinator in our Chicago, Illinois location. This role focuses on developing and overseeing warehouse processes, ensuring efficient inbound/outbound freight, and maintaining ERP configurations to support logistics operations.

The position requires an Associate Degree in Supply Chain Management and preferably 3 years of supply chain experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in supply chain management or related field.
• At least 3 years of supply chain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversight, planning and scheduling of receiving, shipping, picking, put away, and inventory activities in warehouses.
• Interpret and perform analysis on warehousing data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support and maintain departmental reporting data, metrics, dashboards, and analytics.
• Initiate and support changes to business processes to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Draft documentation for reporting and training on processes and systems.
• Monitor system and process performance and escalate issues as needed.
• Promote and drive projects to increase warehouse efficiencies.
