Job summary

Peoples Gas Light & Coke Co, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Logistics Process Coordinator in our Chicago, Illinois location. The role entails developing and overseeing warehouse logistics processes and ERP configurations to support inbound/outbound freight, material picking, and inventory management.

The candidate will plan and schedule warehouse activities, analyze warehousing data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency while ensuring data integrity

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or closely related discipline.
• 3 years of experience in Supply Chain is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, plan and schedule logistics warehouse work and resources.
• Interpret and perform analysis on warehousing data to provide improvement opportunities.
• Support and maintain departmental reporting data, metrics, budgets, dashboards, and analytics.
• Initiate and support changes to business processes to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Draft functional, process, and system documentation for reporting and training.
• Coordinate delivery of materials with internal and external customers as requested.
