Job summary

Dauch Corporation seeks a Logistics Process Engineer to join our onsite team in Alamance, NC. You will analyze operating environments, identify inefficiencies, and develop business cases for improvements.

You will lead pilot programs, simulations, and tools, drive Kaizen events, coordinate with inventory control and operations, and implement standardized work to improve space, labor utilization, and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related.
• 3-5+ years of high‑volume manufacturing experience, preferably in an automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes operating environment to identify process inefficiencies and wastes of time, money, materials, space, and energy.
• Conducts studies, performs analysis, conceptualizes improvements, and assists in developing business cases.
• Develops and evaluates pilot programs, simulations, and prototypes; implements new and enhanced processes and tools.
• Drives analytical processes to improve tools and systems for space and labor utilization and inventory accuracy.
• Interfaces with operations, quality, safety, procurement, and NPI teams to implement solutions.
