Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of high-volume manufacturing experience, preferably in automotive.

Responsibilities

• Implement new processes and material flow strategies.
• Address root causes of inventory inaccuracies with inventory control and operations teams.
• Analyze warehouse utilization and floor storage to optimize space.
• Lead project management for internal and external resources to improve processes.
• Develop standardized work and PFEP or related models.
• Interface with operations, quality, safety, procurement, and NPI teams.
• Improve labor utilization by studying work methods and testing modifications.
• Develop IT tools and systems to simplify processes and improve accuracy.
• Study process flows and propose workflow and equipment changes.
• Train and guide operators and supervisors on work improvements.
