FNS, INC is seeking a Trucking Planning Analyst in Duluth, GA to support strategic planning, manage data, and create high-impact materials for leadership. You will develop monthly reports, analyze market trends, and translate data into client-facing and internal sales materials.

The role combines analytical work with sales support and regulatory/compliance tasks across US transportation operations. Ideal for candidates with 1–3 years in logistics planning and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, pivot tables, and analysis.
• Proficient PowerPoint for professional sales decks and MBRs.
• Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

Responsibilities

• Data Analytics & Reporting: Collect, process, and analyze raw data for monthly branch revenue and performance metrics.
• MBR materials: Develop and compile Monthly Business Review materials for leadership.
• Market analysis: Monitor and analyze monthly market trends to produce status reports.
• Sales support: Design, update, and refine sales presentations and promotional materials.
• Translate data into client-facing or internal sales materials.
• Operational & compliance: Assist in analysis and integration of SOPs across branches.
• Asset & license management: Track assets, licenses, and insurance documentation.
• TMS 2.0: Support rollout and alignment with Planning Manager.
