• Monitors DOT Compliance, productivity, safety, and assists management on areas of improvement
• Utilize dispatching and load creation software to identify lowest cost delivery solutions
• Provide daily communication to distribution center and labor/equipment needs based on volume
• Monitors route performance and analyzes data for hours-of-service and customer issues
• Other duties as assigned
