Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Logistics Lead Planner – Field Service who will drive operational excellence by developing tactical plans across Field Service, Full-Service Operations, Distribution and Sales. This role emphasizes optimizing processes and delivering superior customer service.

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree with 4–6 years of related experience or a HS diploma with 7–9+ years.

Qualifications

Experience in logistics, distribution or field service planning.
Strong ability to develop tactical plans to optimize processes.
Proven collaboration across Sales, Operations and Field Service.

Responsibilities

Develop tactical plans across Field Service, Full-Service Operations, Distribution and Sales.
Maximize productivity and minimize equipment downtime; deliver superior customer service.
Provide planning or dispatch coverage for field service/customer care teams.
Balance annual strategic planning with daily tactical execution to optimize team performance.
Collaborate with Sales and Operations to align with Go to Market strategies.
Monitor KPIs to ensure departmental goals and identify new opportunities.
Resolve issues during project implementation and keep workflows on track.
Other duties as assigned.
