Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics USA is seeking a Logistics Planner to act as a central coordination point for operational execution across warehouse operations, material flow, and customer service requirements. The role ensures plans are executed to meet production and delivery commitments.

You will apply core Schnellecke standards and continuous improvement methodologies to drive efficiency, accuracy, and safety while communicating performance and risks to leadership and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics planning or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills are required.
• Proficiency in data entry and basic computer systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Execute company values, mission, strategy and standards to support objectives.
• Develop, monitor and adjust logistics plans to support production and demand.
• Coordinate material flow, inventory movement and warehouse activities for efficiency.
• Align manpower, equipment and resources with logistics needs and volume changes.
• Validate workflows to ensure quality and performance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize material flow and reduce inefficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety policies and workload requirements.
• Communicate logistics performance and risks to operations leadership and clients.
• Support budget planning and monitor resource utilization.
• Promote a safe work environment and safety procedures adherence.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Shift Manager.
