DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Logistics Planner in Indianapolis to coordinate inbound/outbound freight, optimize load plans, and ensure timely carrier interactions. You will work with internal teams and carriers to meet delivery requirements while pursuing cost and service improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 0–3 years in logistics, with exposure to freight movements and shuttle services. A collaborative, team-focused environment is emphasized.

Mansioni

• Build and validate daily load plans and carrier selections.
• Coordinate daily load tenders and appointment allocations.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to align on direction and expectations.
• Schedule carrier pickups and provide shipment plans to distribution centers.
• Identify improvement opportunities to enhance cost, service and value proposition.
• Identify and address compliance issues and assist in remediation actions.
• Supervise yard and shuttle service.
