Seamlessly fill customer orders throughout the Fulfillment Center in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for the quality of the customer orders within the inbound, outbound, and dispatch operational work areas. Minimum requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Flexibility to adapt to schedule and assignment changes.
• Ability to understand basic numerical data.
• Capability to meet operational targets and performance goals.
• Basic computer and operational system skills.

Preferred qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience.

Operational roles include:

• INBOUND: Receive and transfer goods from suppliers into totes.
• OUTBOUND: Pick and pack customer orders in ambient, chill, or freezer environments.
• DISPATCH: Assist in loading or moving customer orders throughout the center.

Other responsibilities include achieving productivity goals, flexing between roles, resolving minor issues, following quality and safety guidelines, and providing feedback for continuous improvement. Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
