Seamlessly fill customer orders throughout the Fulfillment Center in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for the quality of the customer orders within the inbound, outbound, and dispatch operational work areas. Minimum requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and different job assignments.
  • Ability to read and understand basic numerical data.
  • Capability to meet operational targets and performance goals.
  • Basic computer and operational system skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and transferring goods from suppliers into totes (Inbound).
  • Picking and packing customer orders in ambient, chill, or freezer environments (Outbound).
  • Assisting in loading or moving customer orders throughout the Fulfillment Center (Dispatch).
  • Achieving productivity goals and targets.
  • Flexing between operational roles across inbound, outbound, and dispatch areas.
  • Resolving minor production issues or requesting leadership assistance as needed.
  • Following quality and accuracy guidelines to ensure positive customer experiences.
  • Adhering to operational processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Following safety and food safety guidelines, reporting issues promptly.
  • Providing feedback and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.
  • Performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
