Job summary

The Gorilla Glue Company is hiring for a warehouse associate in Cincinnati to operate powered industrial trucks and use RF devices to pick orders accurately. You will stack pallets, label goods, and ensure safety while supporting both LTL and Ship Line picking.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Training for LTL/Ship Line picking and safety certifications will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Train the Trainer certification or equivalent within three months.
• Be goal oriented and able to work well under pressure.
• Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in all pick types and shipping instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT).
• Use RF technology to pick orders accurately and timely.
• Stack boxes on pallets and manage pallet heights up to 84 inches.
• Label pallets with the correct MU labels and apply customer carton labels when needed.
• Identify and communicate picking issues to Supervisor or Team Lead.
