Job summary

GrowGeneration Corp. is seeking a Warehouse Order Picker in Groveport, OH to accurately fulfill customer orders and manage stock transfers. You will pack, pick, build pallets, and ship orders using our warehouse software, while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and push/pull up to 200 lbs.
• Experience with warehouse operations and order picking preferred.
• Strong safety and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Pack orders to ensure accuracy and speed.
• Downsize packaging to minimize shipping costs while protecting items.
• Accurately pick items from inventory.
• Build pallets for transfers.
• Ship confirm orders using warehouse software.
• Meet daily shipping goals.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
• Notify supervisor of issues.
• Perform other duties as requested.
