• Strong preference for QuickBooks usage for orders/receipts.
• Experience with bills of lading.
• Hands-on shipping via FedEx/UPS systems.

Responsibilities

• Compile information to process customer and vendor orders accurately.
• Research price history to support order processing and pricing accuracy.
• Maintain timely correspondence with sales regarding orders and pricing.
• Enter orders into QuickBooks; future transition to E2.
• Prepare paperwork for order processing, receiving, and shipping.
• Count incoming items and verify against paperwork and orders.
• Enter receipts into QuickBooks.
• Prepare and process shipments using FedEx and UPS.
• Work with bills of lading and shipping docs.
• Operate sit-down forklift as needed.
