Job summary

Dow in Croydon, PA is seeking a Logistics- SS1 Logistics Operator to support packaging, distribution and material handling in a union environment. The role involves operating packaging lines, forklift tasks and basic SAP transactions to ensure accurate shipping, receiving and inventory control.

The position requires a high school diploma, a US driver's license and willingness to work rotating shifts. Starting pay is $20.25 per hour with associated benefits and compliance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid US driver's license.
• Ability to work overtime, holidays, and rotating shifts.
• No visa sponsorship available; U.S. work authorization required.
• Union environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate drum and tote packaging lines.
• Forklift operation.
• Receive and stage packaged materials.
• Prepare shipments and load trailers.
• Perform basic SAP transactions for label printing, shipping, receiving.
• Inventory cycle counting.
• Maintain daily records.
• Complete housekeeping and safety tasks.
• Support regulatory requirements.
• Train and issue permits.
