Job summary

Dow is hiring a Logistics- SS1 Logistics Operator in Croydon, PA. The role supports packaging and distribution within a union environment and starts at $20.25 hourly. You will operate packaging lines, handle materials, and prepare shipments while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, a valid US driver’s license, and be able to work overtime and rotating shifts. SAP experience and strong teamwork are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Valid US driver's license is required.
• Ability to work overtime/holidays as needed on rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate drum and tote packaging lines.
• Forklift operation and material handling.
• Receive and stage packaged materials.
• Prepare shipments, load trailers and bulk containers.
• Perform basic SAP transactions and cycle counts.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping and regulatory compliance.
