Job summary

Pentagon Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Operator for the 2nd Shift (2-10:30pm) to support shipping and receiving workflows. You will verify orders, input data into the MIS system, and prepare parts for shipment according to specific packaging instructions.

The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to procedures, and teamwork with the Logistics group. A strong eye for detail and basic math skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, packing slips, and related docs.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions.
• Value timeliness, quality and cleanliness of work areas.
• Forklift certification is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify parts against orders/packing slips.
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics team on shipping procedures.
• Inventory parts and ensure accuracy of records.
• Follow work orders and procedures for packaging and labeling.
• Operate MIS system for packing/shipping documentation.
• Schedule pickups with shipping vendors and track packages.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned areas.
