Job summary

Pentagon Technologies, Inc. seeks a Logistics Operator on 2nd shift (2-10:30pm) in Austin, TX to support Shipping and Receiving, manage packing, labeling, and MIS data entry. You will coordinate with vendors, review orders, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining clean, organized workspaces.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to read packing slips and L/L docs. Forklift certification is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend work orders, packing slips and records.
• Basic math and measurement skills required.
• Proficiency with computers and MIS systems.
• Forklift certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ship parts back to customers per packaging directions.
• Verify customer information matches orders and input data into MIS.
• Process and package parts to ensure timely delivery.
• Schedule pickups with vendors and maintain tracking data.
• Maintain organized, clean work areas and filing of travelers.
