Job summary

Pentagon Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Logistics Operator in Austin, TX for the second shift (2-10:30pm). You will handle shipping/receiving, verify orders against packing slips, and input data into the MIS system to maintain accurate records.

The role requires basic math, document comprehension, attention to detail, and reliable, timely work. Forklift certification is a plus, and occasional travel to other facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to read and comprehend work orders, packing slips and inventory records.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Detail oriented with good organizational ability.
• Punctual and reliable with time management.
• Forklift certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive parts per purchase order/packing slip and verify accuracy.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and logistics team for shipping.
• Inventory parts and maintain accurate records.
• Follow work orders and packaging instructions to ensure proper labeling.
• Generate packing labels and shipper documents in the MIS system.
• Schedule pickups with shipping vendors and track shipments.
• Maintain orderly, clean work areas and documentation.
