The role reports to the Logistics Warehouse Supervisor and requires a High School Diploma or GED, forklift experience, CDL Class A preferred, and 2+ years in a manufacturing environment. Salary is $20.00/hr with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Interfacing with computer inventory management programs and scanners.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading trucks with industrial powered equipment.
• Picking and staging materials from all areas serviced by the Logistics department as required by the customer order.
• Delivery and movement of materials to required locations within the Logistics area of responsibility.
• Follow process instructions and safety procedures in all aspects of the job.
• Maintain work area and other areas of the facility in order to achieve or exceed housekeeping and safety standards.
• Interface with computers and scanners to monitor and operate processes, perform material movements, check inventory, and write maintenance requests.
• Learn and follow company policies and procedures.

Are you looking for a new challenge? For our location Charleston we are looking for a(n) Logistics Operator - 2nd shift.

This position reports to the Logistics Warehouse Supervisor at the Wacker Polysilicon plant located in Charleston, TN. The 2nd Shift Logistics Operator is responsible for operations within the warehouse and must be able to perform all duties required of warehouse operators, with and without multiple types of powered industrial trucks (PIT), gas and diesel equipment (including yard spotter, tipper trucks).

Job Responsibilities
