Job summary

MANE in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a Logistics Operator to join our manufacturing logistics team. The role involves shipping, receiving, data entry, sample pulling, and material handling in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will work with Customer Service, Purchasing, Quality, Regulatory, Production, and Carriers, adhere to SOPs and GMP, and support safe operations with PPE and proper procedures. The position offers benefits, paid time off, and a clear path for growth.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years shipping, receiving, and warehouse experience preferred.
• Flavor and fragrance industry is a plus but not required.
• Forklift and Dangerous Goods (hazmat) experience preferred. (Training provided)

Responsibilities

• Maintain strict adherence to equipment SOPs, GMP standards, and documentation requirements.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including PPE, to ensure a safe workplace.
• Assist with shipping finished products to customers per orders, with accurate paperwork and on-time delivery.
• Assist with receiving raw materials, check condition and paperwork, and provide samples to QC.
• Communicate with Customer Service, Purchasing, Quality, Regulatory, Production, Planning and Carriers daily or as needed.
• Maintain inventory integrity and good housekeeping in the warehouse.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Engage in environmental training and adhere to policies and best practices.
• Act on corporate and local environmental objectives.

We have an immediate opening at our Parsippany, NJ warehouse for an experienced Logistics Operator to join our team! The Logistics Operator will be involved in multiple tasks associated with logistics including but not limited to shipping, receiving, sample pulling, data entry, and material handling.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain strict adherence to equipment SOPs, GMP standards, and documentation requirements.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including use of engineering controls and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe workplace for all employees.
• Assisting with the shipment of finished products to customers according to customer order requirements, ensuring accurate paperwork, labeling, and on-time delivery
• Assisting with receiving all raw materials and supplies into the warehouse, check condition of materials and accuracy of paperwork, and provide sample to Quality Control.
• Communicate effectively with Customer Service, Purchasing, Quality, Regulatory, Production, Planning and Carriers on a daily basis or as needed
• Maintain inventory integrity and good housekeeping in the warehouse.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $21-$25 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, geographic location, and applicable legal considerations. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is awarded based on both individual and company performance.
