Job summary

YQN Logistics is seeking a Logistics Coordination Trainee in the United States (Illinois, Romeoville) to support daily warehouse inbound and outbound operations, track shipments, and maintain inventory records. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain management.

Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with exposure to WMS/ERP systems, data analysis, and process improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; recent graduates welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with WMS/ERP is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred but not required.
• Flexible to work overtime or weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse inbound and outbound operations.
• Track shipment status and communicate with carriers.
• Monitor inventory movements and update records.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and inventory discrepancies.
• Support supervisors with daily planning and execution.
• Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Warehouse, Transportation, Customer Service, Operations).
• Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvements.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and warehouse projects.
• Complete management training assignments and develop independence in operations.
